The Client

A medical weight loss company approached Arcweb for a website redesign to remain competitive in a crowded market. One of their key challenges was high user drop-off before completing a lengthy, medically-required survey, which was a barrier to offering care. My Process

I began by conducting a thorough design audit to identify areas for improvement on the existing website. In parallel, I carried out extensive market research to analyze competitors and understand why they were outperforming in search rankings. Based on these insights, I developed a new website flow diagram to optimize user routing and reduce drop-off rates. After reviewing the proposed changes with my team and client, we agreed to prototype the new flow and validate my assumptions. We then launched A/B tests to make data-driven decisions and determine which variation yielded the highest conversion rates.
